Truthlocks guarantees a 99.9% uptime for the Billing and Verification API for all paid tiers. Enterprise tiers (Institution level) are eligible for 99.99% uptime guarantees backed by enforceable financial credits. System status is publicly observable at status.truthlocks.com.

Standard plans are governed by our master service agreement. Custom enterprise contracts, including Government (B2G) specific procurement clauses, are available upon request. We support standard Net-30 payment terms for approved corporate entities.

Billing metadata is stored in compliance with local regulations. For Nigeria and other African jurisdictions, we prioritize localized payment processing and data residency in accordance with NDPR and relevant local mandates.
