How does 'Pay-as-you-Scale' work?
Our Pro and Business plans include a generous base volume of verifications. If you exceed this limit, you'll be billed at a transparent per-verification rate. You can also purchase 'Volume Packs' in advance to lower your per-unit cost.
What payment methods do you support?
We support Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe globally. For Africa-based entities, we support local bank transfers, mobile money, and local cards via Flutterwave and Paystack.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. When you upgrade, the change is immediate and pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Enterprise & Procurement
Do you support Purchase Orders (PO)?
Yes. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice and PO. We support standard 30-day payment terms for established corporate entities.
Can we deploy Truthlocks on-premise?
Our Enterprise plan allows for private cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) or dedicated HSM-backed instances in our globally distributed secure enclaves.
